“Pooling Resources and Working as a Team will always beat individual performers”, shares OIC- Provincial Director Marina G. Cabañero of the Civil Service Commission-Ilocos Sur Field Office as she concludes her presentation on the Orientation on Civil Service Law and Rules on September 21, 2022.
As part of our program to sustain efficiency and professionalism in the workplace, the Local Government of Suyo, under the leadership of Mayor Mario B. Subagan and in coordination with the Civil Service Commission- Regional Office I headed by Director Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal, conducted a one-day training program for our regular and casual employees.
The orientation covered the Norms of Public Officials and Employees under RA 6713 and Civil Service Rules on Leaves and Working Hours and aims to inculcate the employee’s core values and ethical awareness that would strengthens moral, and commitment to high ethical standards
