Our centenarian from barangay Cabugao had received today his cash incentive from the national government through the DSWD FO I staff Ms. Baby Jane Donado, being witnessed by our OSCA Head Ms. Fredelina Reillo and the Punong Barangay Mr. Daniel Villanueva.
