VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur – – The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict or NTF-ELCAC recently completed the fifth infrastructure project in the province constructed under its Support to Barangay Development Program or SBDP.
The 250-meter long farm-to-market road was built in Suyo town, which connects the two sitios of barangay Poblacion – Kimpatubbog and Bito.
