On December 19, 2022, at about 8:00 AM, PCOL MARLO A CASTILLO, PD, ISPPO attended the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at Suyo Municipal Hall, Suyo, Ilocos Sur headed by Hon. Mario B Subagan, Municipal Mayor coincided with the Blessing and Turn over Ceremony of Patrol Car and Ordnance Items to Suyo Police Station led by PLT GIRON ONCHETA, Officer In-Charge. The activity was witnessed by Rev. Fr Ronald Doña, who officiated the blessing ceremony, municipal officials, department heads and other employees.

This activity aims to promotes the welfare and capabilities of every stations for bringing the best service the police can give to the community.
