Senior Citizens, adults, youth and children enjoy a day of free hair cut and hair color from the representatives of Timpuyog iti Bulalayaw headed by Mr. Raimundo R. Arce and SPM/ Atty. Glendale Benzon (All from Vigan City). While 113 beneficiaries affected by magnitude 7 earthquake from barangay Patoc-ao and Suyo Proper received food packs. All are coming and thru the initiative of the Local Government Unit of Vigan City headed by Hon. Jose “Bonito” C. Singson, Jr..
