The waterfall is located at Barangay Baringcucurong, Suyo, Ilocos Sur. Its name is derived from the Ilokano word “ Agburburayok” which when translated to English means water gush( sudden and abundant flow that pours in large amounts). It rushes down powerfully that you can hear the rushing water even from considerably far distance.

Before the spring is the main water source of the people of Baringcucurong and the nearby places. It is used for domestic, irrigation, fishing and recreation. The Spaniards improved and rehabilitated the place and were finished in the year 1910.
