Municipal Mayor Mario Subagan gives a welcome message to the 8 Government Internship Program (GIP) and 12 Special Program Employment for Students (SPES) beneficiaries. The program is in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Office of the 2nd District Representative of Ilocos Sur.
